I just started teaching a free class to the public at the Adidas Concept Store in San Francisco. The store is located in the Westfield mall facing out onto Market street. It's a morning class for all of you commuters out there, 8AM - 9:30AM. Yoga is a great way to wake up in the morning and a wonderful way to start your work day, helping you stay focused, relieving stress and calming the nervous system. It also stretches the body slowly so that you can wake up in a healthy way and avoid back pain and other aches throughout your day. Not only that but they give you snacks after class AND you get a coupon with 15% off of your purchase at the store!
